The Fruitvale man who died in Thursday’s crash on Highway 3B was Michael Joseph McIsaac.
The 26-year-old was killed when a flat-deck semi lost its load of crushed cars on a curve.
The BC Coroners Service says some debris hit McIsaac’s vehicle causing it to leave the road and roll.
He died at the scene.
The semi driver was taken to hospital in Trail with serious injuries.
No word on how he’s doing or if police are contemplating any charges.
