Ten year lease awarded for airport hangar use

A new long-term tenant at the West Kootenay Regional Airport.

Dam Helicopter has been approved for a ten year lease to use the facility’s Selkirk Hangar.

Castlegar city manager John Malcolm says this is good news for the airport.

Dam Helicopter has identified some issues with the hangar that need to be fixed.

The city has an exit clause in the lease.
