This week’s Summit Radio Pet of the Week is West Kootenay BC SPCA resident Charlie!

Charlie is a sweet, gentle 13-year-old boy looking for a loving home to spend his golden years. He is affectionate and enjoys the comfort of caring people.
He takes a daily thyroid medication, which helps keep him healthy and feeling his best. He does well with his routine and only requires this simple daily care.
Charlie is also grieving the loss of his beloved owner, so he may need a little extra patience and understanding as he adjusts to a new home. With kindness, a calm environment, and lots of love, he has every chance to build a strong bond with his new family.
If you’re looking to give a deserving senior companion a second chance, Charlie has so much love to offer in return.
