Regional fire and rescue is investigating the cause of a fire the damaged the outside of a home in Genelle on Saturday morning.
They say it happened in the 700 block of 16th Avenue. The homeowner had already put the fire out by the time crews arrived at 10:40 a.m., but they checked to see that it had not spread to the soffits or walls.
Six firefighters from Genelle and Trail responded. No one was hurt.
