The next Nakusp village councill will be a blast from the past, as three former councillors have been elected.
Cameron Leitch topped the polls, followed by Ken Miller and Joseph Hughes. All three have previously served on council. Incumbent councillor Aidan McLaren-Caux was also re-elected.
However, incumbent councillors Dolly Edwards and Tina Knooihuizen missed the cut, as did newcomers David Dudar and Tania Quigley.
Knooihuizen was also unsuccessful in her bid for Arrow Lakes regional district director.
Mayor Tom Zeleznik had already been returned by acclamation.
