Interfor reports $24.5 million net earnings in Q2

The company that owns the sawmills in Castlegar and Grand Forks saw net earnings rise in the second quarter.

Interfor says it made $24.5 million between April and June compared to $19.7 million in the first quarter.

But the earnings report didn’t specifically mention the local operations.
