Prescribed burn to happen north of Deer Park

A 22 hectare prescribed burn will get underway soon.

Karlie Shaughnessy with the Southeast Fire Centre says it’s north of Deer Park.

It’s being done to reduce the risk of a catastrophic wildfire and will be closely monitored.
