Seven days have been set aside for the trial of one of four people accused in the Fruitvale liquor store robbery.
Jacob Allen Murray will have his case heard in Rossland court March 27 to 30 and April 4 to 6.
He’s facing a single count of robbery in the September hold-up.
Police recovered the stolen money and made arrests soon after it happened.
Trevor Isenor admitted to his part in the crime and will be sentenced Jan. 24.
Andreas Brall and Melody Hutchinson are back in court Jan. 12.
