A cost study is underway for a new buidling in Castlegar to house the Chamber of Commerce, Visitors Information Centre and the art gallery.
Mayor Lawrence Chernoff says the current chamber building is showing its age.
The art gallery has been seeking a new location closer to the downtown for quite some time.
The buidling would likely go where current visitors center and chamber facility sits.
