Four people are running in the upcoming Castlegar by election.
Long time resident and former Selkirk College board member Arry Dhillon will be among those vying for a seat on city council.
He wants to see better availability for employment in the city.
He says you can meet him in person at Dawn’s Cafe every Saturday morning.
Also running in the October 29 by election are Cherryl McLeod, Janna Sylvest and Tyler Maddocks.
