Trail youth networks requests city to be legal entity

The Trail Youth Action Network has asked the city to become their legal entity.

This would let them enter a three year funding agreement with the Columbia Basin Trust under the Basin Youth Network Program.

But councilor Sandy Santori says the city isn’t sure they’re the best option.

He adds there is uncertainty how the program would move forward after three years.
