The Castlegar Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Centre will reopen Thursday following a small fire behind the Confluence building.
In a Facebook post, the Chamber said a restoration company has been working since Friday to clean things up.
The Chamber said there was some smoke damage inside, mainly to the back door in the visitor centre.
The coworking space and private offices in the building’s south wing are operating normally.
Fire chief Nick Ahlefeld confirmed the fire occurred but didn’t have details immediately available.
The Confluence building opened in 2024.
