The Labour Relations Board (LRB) has ruled against the B.C. General Employees’ Union’s (BCGEU) motion to lift the stay issued on January 5th.
The LRB stated in their decision that the proposed reduced schedule by the Union “would prevent an immediate and serious threat” to residents.
The ferries will continue to operate on their regular 24/7 on demand schedule.
