Man dies suddenly downtown Trail

A 52-year-old Trail man has died downtown, possibly due to drugs.

RCMP say emergency services were called Saturday afternoon to the 1600 block of Bay Avenue. A police officer who arrived first found the man dead.

The officer talked to a witness who believed the man had used street drugs. The cause of death has not been determined, but foul play is not suspected.
