Trail hosts Bloom conference

Trail welcomes nearly 30 communities this weekend for the 11th annual BC Communities in Bloom Awards and Conference.

Co-coordinator Lana Rodlie says visitors will be toured through the area today and experience a variety of seminars tomorrow before the Awards ceremony.

Rodlie says one thing Trail wants to teach other cities is how to find easy funding for local Communities In Bloom programs.

Trail has won two national CIB titles since 2002.
