Seniors advocate visits Castlegar Friday

A reminder that BC’s recently appointed Seniors Advocate is in our area on Friday.
Isobel Mackenzie is at a town hall style meeting in Castlegar hosted by the Castlegar Seniors Association.
She’s expected to hear about many challenges facing local seniors including issues around mandated driving tests for the over-80’s and the reduction of door-to-door postal service.
The meeting goes at 10am at the Castlegar Complex.
