No one was injured when a mobile home in Genelle caught fire this morning
Kootenay Boundary Regional Fire Rescue says the call came at 9:40 a.m.
Sixteen firefighters arrived at 500 16th Ave., in the Whispering Pines manufactured home park, to find smoking coming from the front of the trailer.
The fire was knocked down quickly, before it could spread to the building or any neighbouring homes. It was under control by 10:10 a.m.
The cause is under investigation.
