A Rosslander with nine years previous experience on council is running again.

Lloyd McLellan -like many others in the community -is not happy with the current council- so he wants to return.

Mclellan says he’s not afraid of accountability and council must rescind the Delegation By-law that put so much power in the CAO’s hands. Among key issues for him are addressing upcoming regional infrastructure cost-sharing and finally making the old Emcon lot into a civic space.
