Highway 3A between Thrums and the Brilliant Bridge has been reopened to single lane alternating traffic.
A two-vehicle collision this morning just before 10am saw the highway completely shut down with vehicles split to one of two detours based on weight – either via Pass Creek Road or the Bombi Pass.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
