RDKB continues Woodstove Exchange Program

The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary is continuing its support of the Woodstove Exchange Program.

Communications officer Frances Maika says the program is meant to entice residents to get rid of their old, smoky stoves.

The program will feature more exchange options this year.

Those who take part in the program can qualify for a rebate.

It’s a partnership with the Ministry of Environment and the BC Lung Association.
