Castlegar’s Communities in Bloom committee is hosting an open house later this month.
It happens at the Castlegar Community Complex January 27.
President Darlene Kalawsky says the free event will be packed with informative seminars and is open to everyone.
One of the guest speakers is Geraldine Kildow with North Field Farm who will be showing off over 200 varieties of Peonies.
Kalawsky also hopes to hear from those who may be interested in volunteering with CIB.
The event goes from 9:30 – 3:30 pm.
