Columbia Basin Trust launches poverty reduction initiative

The Columbia Basin Trust is looking to fund a quartet of projects to reduce poverty in our region.

Manager of delivery of benefits Tim Hicks says the one time intake will disperse $500,000 for up to four projects.

Hicks says the initiative falls in line with one of the goals outlined in their stratigic plan.

Those interested must apply by January 12.
