The mayor of Nakusp says she’s disappointed the Village’s union has rejected their last offer.
Karen Hamling feels the offer was fair.
CUPE 2450 members voted to reject the village’s offer last week.
Hamling says the issue will be discussed in camera at Wednesday’s Village Council meeting.
The union has identified wages, market adjustments for select positions and retroactive pay for all members as the main sticking points.
