Rossland’s lastest infrastructure project was completed on time and on budget.
The city held a small celebration last week to mark the completion of upgrades along Spokane Street.
Councillor Aaron Cosbey says it looks great.
They had to repair a lot of ageing infrastructure underground.
The project was backed by significant grant funding including $3.6 million in federal-provincial monies through the clean water and wastewater fund.
The city’s share was just over $700,000.
