It should be easier to get in and out of the Trail airport this winter.
Mayor Mike Martin says starting Jan. 5 the approach limits will be lowered.
Martin says they’ve been working on this for a couple of years with Edmonton-based engineering firm JetPro.
The new approach limits will be 1,300 feet lower from the north and 400 feet lower from the south.
