Executive director Joy Barrett says a pair from winlaw won the People’s Choice Award.
Other local artists were represented in the Artist Merit Awards.
Kevin Kratz from pass creek and his “White Sturgeon” placed second.
Coming in third was Kate Tupper of Nakusp for her “All Strings Attached.”
