Some changes will be coming to Rossland’s water rate structure starting in the new year.
Councilor Aaron Cosbey says there will be a 4.5% rate increase.
The city will also be looking for compliance from those who have not installed water meters.
And as a measure to encourage electronic billing there will be a $3 fee for those who are receiving paper invoices.
