BC Hydro chips in for Bridge to Bridge project

BC Hydro has set aside $50,000 to assist Castlegar with their Bridge to Bridge project.

This sees improved access from the area near the highway on-ramp to the Kinnaird Bridge and Heritage Way.

City manager John Malcolm says the funds cover about a third of the project’s total cost.

The project will provide safer pedestrian access to Selkirk College.
