The City of Trail will have to pay a large sewer bill to Rossland.
Trail councillor Robert Cacchioni says an investigation into flow readings from the regional sewer service confirmed they were accurate.
Next month Trail will pay Rossland about $152,000.
The two cities are in a cost sharing agreement for the service.
Trail is required to cover 67%.
