The City Of Trail is looking at creating a policy for using the decorative lights on the Victoria Street Bridge.
Spokeswoman Andrea Jolly says the policy could allow local businesses and organizations to use the lights to promote themselves or an event.
She says the city might implement a fee for those who use the lights because it takes city resources to program them.
