The wildfire burning south of the border near Waneta shrunk slightly.
The Deep Lake, Washington blaze is now just under 600 hectares and the perimiter is 30% contained.
It started Sunday afternoon and the cause remains unknown.
Over 400 personnel are battling the fire.
