An old gun from the Trail Museum has been recovered.
RCMP Sergeant Darren Oelke says it was swiped last week when somebody damaged the case it was in with a rock.
It turned up in the arrest of a 35-year-old man following an incident in Krestova Friday.
The man is accused of pointing the gun inside a home and uttering threats.
The Trail Historical Society has decided to close the museum for the rest of the season.
Oelke says it’s for safety reasons.
