Those wishing to take high school upgrading courses at Selkirk College may be able to access a grant to avoid paying tuitions.
This as Selkirk has decided to join a number of post-secondary instituions in BC to charge tuitions for high school upgrading courses.
To help ease costs the college began a pilot project allowing domestic students enrolling in upgrade courses to apply for provincial funding to cover charges for tuition, textbooks and further financial assistance.
Here’s Allison Alder Chair Of Academic Upgrading And Development.
