The website is live and accepting registrations for volunteers and organizations wanting help.
Founder Eileen Fitzpatrick says she’s also offering boots on the ground assistance.
Fitzpatrick says the next phase in building the volunteer bank is to develop incentives within the community to reward the volunteers.
