Library needs Warfield's contribution: Board Chair

The Trail and District Library Board needs the $32,000 offered by the Village of Warfield.

So says chair Barb Gibson after the proposal was made to Silver City Council and then forwarded to the Board for review and comment.

Gibson says their budget is $60,000 more than they are getting from the City and if they lose this funding from Warfield it will have significant effects.

…Gibson says basically funding needs to come from Warfield or Trail to keep current hours of operation, staff and programs.
