A local man’s conviction of tax offences is being publicized by Canada Revenue Agency. Castlegar’s Stacy Senger was sentenced in provincial court last week for failing to file income tax and GST returns from a number of years back. He must pay a $5,000 fine. In 2012 he was also fined $4,000 for similar infractions.
