Trial date set for arson suspect

The man accused of the arson attack on the Kinnaird Church of God in Castlegar last month will go on trial June 2nd.

Four days have been put aside in Castlegar Court for Lee Wilding.

He will be tried by Judge alone.

The 19 year old has pleaded not guilty to two charges of arson relating to the incident March 18th.

Wilding was sentenced to 14 months prison after he admitted to burning down St. Rita’s Catholic Church just before Easter last year.
