The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) has placed the West Robson water system on a boil notice.
The system is on Broadwater Road, downstream of the Keenleyside Dam.
The RDCK said the notice has been issued due to unanticipated depressurization of the reservoir water main during planned reservoir repairs.
Everyone’s being told to boil their water or find an alternative until further notice.
The RDCK will notify residents when the notice is lifted.
