Trail RCMP aren’t amused, with police suspecting tree stumps, rocks and a signpost found across Bluebird Rd and Walnut Avenue in Fruitvale was a prank.
The debris was spotted Saturday just after midnight, with police saying damage could have been extensive or worse, someone could have been seriously injured.
“We asked the pranksters to please refrain from this kind of prank that could cause vehicle damage or injury to the vehicle occupants,” said Sgt. Mike Wicentowich.
