Castlegar Jiu Jitsu athletes have brought home the silverware from the recent Spokane Submission Challenge.

James French won silver, Matheus Loureio went a perfect 3-0 to claim his first gold medal, while Kierra Cates captured silver and a bronze medal in her first competition as a blue belt.
