Drug alert issued for Trail

Interior Heath is issuing a drug alert for a purple substance sold as ‘DOWN’ as it has been found to contain carfentanil, and bromazolam.

There is a high risk of overdose and high risk of fatal overdose.

Please ensure you are aware of safer drug use tips that can help prevent overdose as well as where they can access naloxone, drug checking and other overdose prevention services in your community.
