Business licences up in Castlegar

Encouraging economic numbers for Castlegar.

Councillor Kevin Chernoff -whose portfolio includes planning and development- says business licence numbers are at 671 so far this year. That’s more than the same time last year.

He says the Chamber of Commerce has also noticed a positive trend.
