Making Nelson's Smoking Bylaw a higher priority

Nelson City Council has decided that amending its smoking bylaw should be a higher priority. Councillor Robin Cherbo says they want their new smoke free zones to be enforceable. Previously the bylaw revisions were considered a low priority, but now they’ve been bumped up to medium. Cherbo says that means they should be addressed this year.
