Cougar caught on camera in Castlegar carport

Security footage caught a cougar wandering through a carport in the Oglow Subdivision in Castlegar this morning.

The still seen here was taken at 2:22 a.m. on Lynnwood Crescent.

We’ve left a message for the BC Conservation Service asking if they have had other reports of cougars in the area recently.
