Communications can always be better:Castlegar councillor

Castlegar City Council is easy to get hold of and very approachable but there is always room for improvement.

So says Councillor Kevin Chernoff after he and the four other incumbents running in this month’s civic election were all re-elected along with Mayor Lawrence Chernoff.

One of the main election issues heading into the vote was criticism of Council’s communication with the public.

Chernoff says they will try to improve outreach via social media in the next term.
