GF candidate to represent the "average person"

A woman running for Grand Fork City Council wants to represent the public.

Monique Van Ewyk  says the council table needs someone who will listen to the average resident …and that is her.

Van Ewyk says her platform features improving infrastructure, addressing the controversial water metering issue, and finding a humane solution to the deer population. She says the public was “bullied ” into the water meters.
