Chew On It challenge: day 5

Over half way through their one-week Nelson Food Cupboard challenge and participants say it’s been an eye-opener.

Charese Guille with the credit union says she’s been making food go further.


18 volunteers are involved in the “Chew On It” initiative.

They can only eat what they get at local agencies as a way of widening the community conversation on poverty.
