The City of Trail is moving ahead with plans to build a new terminal at the airport recently acquired from the RDKB.
Council has approved hiring a contractor to the tune of almost $68 ,000 to create the concept plan and budget over the next 10 to 12 weeks.
Facility Manager Don Goulard says the existing building is insufficient for the amount of traffic that goes through it.
Goulard says they hope to break ground on the new terminal by next summer.
