Premier gives nod to outgoing RDCK chair John Kettle

The BC Premier has acknowledged a local politician among whom she calls “the titans of local government” who won’t be running in the November elections.

Speaking at the Union of BC Municipalities convention in Whistler Christy Clark gave a nod to John Kettle chair of the RDCK.

 

American born Kettle became a Canadian citizen in 1992 and was first elected to the RDCK board in 2002.

He’s the outgoing rural Creston director.
