Smokies Force Game Seven With 5-2 Win Over Vipers

Kent Johnson had the game winner and Mack Byers added a pair of goals to lead the Trail Smoke Eaters to a 5-2 win over the Vernon Vipers to even the best-of-seven series at 3.

Adam Marcoux made 46 saves for the win and was named the FortisBC Energy Player of the Game.

Game Seven is Monday in Vernon, with puck drop slated for 7.
